The Flaix online store is operated by EZL-Flaix Beverage Trading, a business registered in the Philippines under DTI Registration No. 8157219, holding FDA License to Operate CFRR-NCR-FT-2252933 and BIR TIN 311-271-892-00000. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Flaix" refer to that business, and "you" refers to the customer.

Flaix is a 45ml portable liquid water enhancer with electrolytes and no added sugar, available in Sweet Melon, Lemon Mint, and Buko (coconut) flavors. It is a food product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness. If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking maintenance medication, please check with your doctor before use.

Product photos are illustrative. Labels, packaging, and formulation may be updated, so always read the actual label on the bottle you receive.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and payment clears. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, a price or description error occurred, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the order looks fraudulent.

Stock is reserved for you when your order is created and released again if payment is not completed before the checkout session expires.

All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping fees, if any, are shown before you pay.

We accept Card, GCash, Bank Transfer. Card and e-wallet payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or e-wallet credentials.

Promo codes are valid only for the period, usage limit, and conditions attached to each code. They cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn if we detect abuse.

We ship within the Philippines. Delivery timelines given at checkout are estimates and can be affected by courier volume, weather, and local conditions. You can follow your order anytime on the Track order page using your order reference.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Repeat failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient may incur a re-delivery fee.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may create an account with your email using a one time passcode or with Google sign in. Keep your access secure and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details saved in your profile, including your delivery address.

Please do not misuse the site: no scraping, reselling without our written consent, attempting to break security or access other customers' data, uploading harmful content, or reverse engineering any part of the service.

The Flaix name, logo, label artwork, product photography, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity.

If we cannot resolve it together, the matter may be brought to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Consumer Protection Group for mediation and adjudication under RA 7394. Any remaining dispute is governed by Philippine law, with venue in the courts of the city where our business is registered.

We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The version shown on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
