Flaix is a consumable beverage, so we handle returns a little differently from other products. Here is exactly what is covered and how to claim it.
Last updated August 5, 2026
You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund if your order arrives:
damaged or leaking, with a broken or missing flip top cap, incorrect (wrong flavor or wrong quantity), incomplete (missing item from your order), tampered with or with a broken seal, or on or past its best before date.
For food safety reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns, and we cannot accept opened or partly used bottles. Taste preference is not a defect, though we still want to hear about it. We also cannot cover damage caused after delivery, such as heat exposure, improper storage, or a bottle dropped or squeezed open.
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after that window can still be reviewed as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.
Email admin@flaixstore.com or message WhatsApp +63 927 595 7481 with your order reference, what went wrong, and clear photos of the item, the label, and the outer packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until the claim is closed. We reply usually within a few hours, and always within 24 hours.
Once we confirm the issue, you choose a free replacement shipped at our cost or a full refund of the affected items. If a return pickup is needed for a defective or wrong item, we cover the shipping cost. Return shipping for anything outside this policy is not covered.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method: card refunds through our payment gateway, GCash refunds to the paying GCash number, and bank transfer refunds to the account you paid from. Expect the amount to appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
You can cancel any order that has not yet been packed or shipped by contacting us with your order reference, and we refund it in full. Unpaid checkout sessions expire on their own and release the reserved stock, with nothing charged.
Ask us to escalate the case and a senior member of the team will review it. If we still cannot agree, you may bring the matter to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Consumer Protection Group for mediation under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under that law.
